How Revenue Bands Work
Your tier is determined by your organisation's annual revenue, self-declared at registration and confirmed during the supplier/tenant verification process. This is not a self-select dropdown — it is verified against supporting documentation as part of onboarding.
If your revenue changes significantly, your tier will be reviewed and adjusted at your next annual renewal. You will never be downgraded mid-term without notice.
